Printing On Tissue Paper

This is my first video! I hope you guys find it helpful and informative. Please leave a comment. Your feedback will help me to create better videos in the future.

Thanks for watching :)

Update

I used a software called ArcSoft Print Creations to add the border around my pictures.  I think this looks nicer instead of a square picture. The border blends in with the tile a bit better. Some computers come with similar software, so I would check what your computer has.

One thing I didn't mention on the video is that before you cut your picture take it outside and give it a couple of layers of acrylic sealer spray. This helps to seal your ink in. If not then your pics will bleed onto your tile when you adhere it with mod podge. I give it about 3 good layers. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the video. I use printer paper for doing pictures on candles because I never knew how to print on the tissue paper.
I am going to try this on my next candle I do for a wedding gift.

I have a question. when you spray the image with acrylic sealer before adhering it with the mod podge..do you take the tissue paper off of the computer paper first? I wasn't sure if spraying the paper would make the tissue paper stick to the computer paper....I am going to be doing this technique this weekend. I have already printed my images...so if you can get back to me soon I would appreciate it!

Vernetta,

It would be okay to spray the sealer on the computer paper, but i wouldn't let it dry on the paper and this stuff does dry pretty quickly. I had a hard time spraying my tissue paper after i removed the computer paper, it kinda went flying all over the place when i sprayed it. Let me know how it comes out. I hope this helps!
